Laser Metal Deposition

Multi-Laser Deposition Head

LMD is a Directed Energy Deposition (DED) process that functions by precisely stacking weld beads on top of one another. The wire feedstock is introduced into the laser-generated melt pool.

Our compact deposition head integrates multiple lasers and a coaxial wire feed, enabling efficient processing of standard welding wires, independently or in sequence.
